Обязанности

General Requirements:

· 7+ years of experience in Oil Gas industry construction and civil construction

· Work experience or familiarity with QA/QC requirements

· Familiarity with ASME, AP, ASTM, ACI, ASHTO, BS EN, СниП, and requirements of other international norms and standards

· Excellent understanding of local (Construction in O&G) Market and main players

· Excellent networking and selling skills

· Experience in Negotiations, Bids, Technical Proposals, A-Z Selling process of (Construction, Engineering in Construction and NDT type of services) Services

· Understanding and experience in the finance and cost control questions.

· Knowledge and experience in reporting and reporting development.

· Experience and People Management skills

· Flexibility and Mobility to travel

· Good Level of Business English to communicate and conduct meetings with Foreign Clients

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office + MS Project or other project/CRM programs will be an advantage
