Требования

General Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Oil Gas industry construction and civil construction

• Work experience or familiarity with QA/QC requirements

• Familiarity with ASME, AP, ASTM, ACI, ASHTO, BS EN, СниП, and requirements of other international norms and standards

• Excellent understanding of local (Construction in O&G) Market and main players

• Excellent networking and selling skills

• Experience in Negotiations, Bids, Technical Proposals, A-Z Selling process of (Construction, Engineering in Construction and NDT type of services) Services

• Understanding and experience in the finance and cost control questions.

• Knowledge and experience in reporting and reporting development.

• Experience and People Management skills

• Flexibility and Mobility to travel

• Good Level of Business English to communicate and conduct meetings with Foreign Clients

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office + MS Project or other project/CRM programs will be an advantage
