Perform and Quality Control of Procedure Qualification Tests
Development Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
Perform Welding Qualification Tests (PQR)
Execute the field welding inspection, surveillance and Quality Control activities on site
Ensuring that all welding operations are executed in accordance with all relevant Codes of Practices and Company procedures/ practices.
Cooperate with welding engineer to establish Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS’s), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR’s) and Welder Qualification test records in accordance with international standards such as ASME Section IX
Review and maintain records of inspection tools and measuring instruments have valid calibration stickers and certificates.
Perform tool box talk before starting a new phase of relevant discipline.
Controls welding parameter and consumables during installation/construction activities, supervising welding operation.
Perform in-process welding surveillance. Verify compliance with the requirements specified in project procedures and specifications, including any pre-heat, inter pass temperature control, NDT, post weld Heat treatment and seal welding.
Full time site inspection on such activities as pipeline, process & utility piping, tanks & vessels an steel structures & steel frame buildings construction.

Ensure the control and analysis of the background in different phases of production process. Fully control the quality of the product in all stages to avoid nonconformance requirements
Familiar with the following codes and standards: ASME IX, ISO, EN, GOSTs and SNiPs of RoK.
