Обязанности

System officer in HR
Job duties:
- Responsible for mobilization personnel for FGP Project
- Fill-in the Zucchetti application (special for “ERSAI Caspian Contractor” LLC) form for badge pass
- Operating with Badge system, permanent and temporary gate passes for company staff and transport
- Maintain and updating TCO database and other subcontractors quantity
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports concerning data base analysis and working process, develop different kinds of presentations
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to the base
- Direct visitors to appropriate person and office
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling accesses via the badge office (monitoring logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- To attend and manage all staff disciplinary
- Manage and co-ordinate recruitment and selection of staff, including job description, providing offer letter/contracts, warning letters
- ID, MFC and all documents check-up
- Responsible for writing and updating all HR policies and Procedures/Employment contracts
- To conduct all exit interviews
- Responsible for overall HR Database
