Functional & Responsibilities:

Develop the HSE Culture in the Company

To be sure that Company is working according Industrial and Fire Safety Rules of RoK and

International Standards

Risk Assessment Policy

To be able to conduct HSE Audit from Government Department (Labour, Industrial Safety, Emergency

and Fire Departments) and KPO/ NCOC/ NCPOC and etc.

To be able to develop documents and follow an Audit to receive International Licences (ISO 14001 &

OHSAS 18001 - ISO 45001, API 6D)

Coordination with Head Office HSE Representative on a regular basis

Develop the HSE Reports

Min 2 times per day HSE Visual Inspection of the workshop and offices (morning and evening)

Develop the HSE Procedures and Inductions

Assist in assuring that all programs related to this job position are introduced and maintained.

Prepare monthly / quarterly / annual reports

Prepare monthly HSSE statistics and trends are prepared monthly and presented in monthly reports.

Advise project on Kazakhstan statutory HSSE obligations and compliance and formulate/implement

required process

Assist in implementing sustainability reports required each quarter.

Ensure all occupational health programs are introduced maintained and audited in timely manner as

directed by designated HR Manager.

Update HSSE procedures as required.

Update HSSE plan as required

Provide updates on in country security issues and mitigation plans

Develop and Implement Permit to Work Culture

Ensure all office and workshop PAT tests and fire safety equipment is inspected to meet the required

frequency to meet statutory and mandatory obligations.

Prepare HSE KPIs and provide active input in to company and client reports as directed

Assist Project Manager to meet yearly HSSE Key Performance indicators.
