Обеспечение того, чтобы все сварочные операции выполняются в соответствии со всеми соответствующими процедурами компании.
Контроль параметров сварки и расходных материалов во время установки / строительных работ, контроль сварочной операции.
Выполнение в процессе сварки наблюдение. Проверка соблюдения требований, указанных в проектных процедурах и спецификаций, включая любые предварительного нагрева, среди температурного контроля прохождения, неразрушающего контроля, после сварки термической обработки и уплотнения сварки.

Key responsibilities:
• Prepare the piping procedures: welding, fabrication/ installation/ testing, NDE (radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particles, liquid penetrant, heat treatment, hardness), ITPs, Concession request, technical queries, method statement;
• Coordinate NDE activity (RT, PWHT, DPI, MPI, HD, penalty, repair rate) & DT; Manage the site laboratory.
• Conduct surveillance inspections for welding, NDT, PWHT and verify material and consumable usage;
• Planning and estimation of welding consumables (filler wire and electrodes) as per WPSs requirements;
• Prepare Final Dossiers for Instrumentation Installation works.
• Final QC Inspection of goods (lifting equipment) and Final QC
Checking of Certificates, ensuring that correct certificates are issued for the goods and customer requirements are met. Proof Read of certificates (based on Engineer’s hand written reports);
• All QC matters-control on calibration of equipment, quality records and documents, preparation of the spreadsheets reflecting the list of
load cells which require calibration, updating load cells register on regular basis, updating of NDT equipment calibration register;
• Checking of measuring equipment condition on quarterly basis,
updating of the spread sheets;
• Control and maintain company’s QA system.
• Assuring tight QA/QC guidelines are followed throughout the
manufacturing process.
• Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by line management
within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to
meet business requirements.
• Preparation of control schemes, technical reports, conclusions based on the results of inspections.
• Experience with the standards: DNV 2.7-1; EN 12079; BS 7072, BS 3951, BS 7121, LOLER 98.
• Worked on various types of drilling rigs of the sea, the shore for various oil companies such
as Schlumberger, Halliburton, Sun Drilling, Maersk, PSN Kazstroy, Agip KCO, Ersai and other clients.
