Обязанности

 Control over the implementation of all obligations under the master contract for the project on FGP
 To develop, plan, execute, and finalize projects of his field in accordance with safety rules, strict deadlines, required quality and within budget, includes defining, acquiring and coordinating internal resources affected to the project and other involved parties in order to deliver projects through specific action plans.
 Taking care and being leader on all activities relating to the project (Engineering, sub-contracting, procurement, collaboration with other departments, follow-up during all stages.)
 Monitoring the mobilization of personnel to the site including organization of the training on the requirements of TСO
 Monitoring the mobilization of technical equipment according TCO requirement
 Control in the timely receipt of acts of work performed, proposals and further loading into the Ariba Buyer system
 Entering into the Ketera system updated catalogs, proposals according to the signed additional agreements to the master contract
 Liaising with Industrial Relations Department on the monthly bases on the Human resource, Hygiene and Sanitation audits
 Conduct regular camp audits. Liaising with Industrial Relations Department and accommodation providers to monitor service quality.
