Issue and approval of procedures according to the Commissioning Procedure Matrix, approved by the customer for this project. Check for the presence of the required calibration certificates and test reports of measuring instruments in accordance with the requirements RoK rules.
Working with vendors and project documentation. Coordination the input/output signals of field devices, Programmable Logic Controller & Distribution Control Systems.
Test of process control and fire detection alarm systems. Test of Emergency Shutdown System according to the cause-effect matrix.

Calibration and Functional checks of various instruments as below.
-Pressure, temperature, level and flow transmitters
-Function and stroke test of ESV, EDV valves from Triconex.
Test communication signal between the Siemens controller, DCS and the ESD system.
Function Test from Triconex ESD Trip for Anti-Surge valves.
Function test of ESD level-3 trip for electrical cubicles / consumers from TRICONEX with confirmation in DCS. Test communication and feedback.
Function Test ESD level-2 trip Signals for UCP Control Panels of FGC 1 & 2. Support with PLC Engineer.
Function Test F&G Detectors and Fire Dampers
