Forming of scope of work structure breakdown according to technical documentations and calculations, Provided by estimation group and project manager. Responsible for validation of quantitative costs and calculation of prices as per data, received from engineering department, procurement, construction, financial for preparation of overall correct report Responsible for correctness of composition forecast cost and provision of monthly costs report. Development of networking production scheduling to optimize consumption of time, resources and costs within the time limits specified by the client. Maintenance of project man-hour control system and provision of costs report on man-hours and cost forecasts for Client. Regular visits to the construction site for a more detailed study of the technology and features of the specific conditions of production work.
Identifying of delay or advancing according to schedule; finding technological solutions to improve productivity and reduce delays in production:
- Updating of progress for performed works directly on construction site
- Preparation of progress reports, as per Tengizchevroil company requirement
- Development and preparation of the timesheet reports on project, preparation and approval of the grounds for invoicing for payment of the Client (Lump Sum Invoice)
- Preparation of schedules, histograms, preparation of official documentation filling of questionnaires for participation in construction tenders, conducted by TENGIZCHEVROIL, KPJV, NCPOC, CCEP, FGP and others
Have undergone safety training courses, safe earth works execution, PTW and JHA, safety in working in confined space, working at height "Tengizchevroil" LLP training center.
