Performing work for interfacing between Engineering and Procurement Department
Verification and checking of PRs (PR - Purchase requisition) prepared by Engineers for correct filling in accordance to requirements
Drafting of SDRS (SDRS- Supplier Document Requirement Specification) for the procurement department by collecting requirements for potential suppliers from RA, QA / QC, Engineering and other departments.
Getting signatures of PR from Management
Hand over ER and all documents listed in PR, such as SPECs, Standarts, MTOs, Data sheets, PIDs etc. to Procurement and get confirmation from Procurement that PRs go into next Request for Quotation stage
Verification of TBA (TBA -Technical Bid Analysis) for correct filling in, and providing translation.
Sending signed TBA to relevant Engineer of Client (FGP Engineering team) for their comments and approvals. If TBA have comments from Client side, coordinating this comments with relevant Engineer from own Engineering team for updating TBA according to comments. If TBA have no comments, proceeding it to Procurement for PO stage
Signing of all relevant documents and handing them over to the interested departments.
Keeping of track / register logs for each type of document
Storage and registration of originals specified in documents
Registration of all drawings and documents submitted to the engineering department for revision
Tracking the addition of comments in all documents and drawings for the disciplines
