Обязанности | • Coordination of the ER team consisting of more than 30 persons.
• Ensuring that the assigned duties of each member and department within the team are executed in a competent manner.
• Taking part in reviewing and developing Emergency Response strategies.
• Monitoring and auditing contractors and/or personnel carrying out maintenance routines for site safety critical equipment and systems consisting of more than 50 persons.
• Monitoring day to day work execution as per approved schedule and SAP work orders.
• Promote and oversee the closing out of issues raised from: safety audits, leadership inspections findings, incident CAR’S and NCOC SAFE-R system.
• Leading and/or participating as team member in incident investigation.
• Provide support and professional guidance to process and maintenance teams.
• Ensure FFE are timely inspected and tested.

• Coordinate all aspects of emergency situations, escape, and evacuation, fire prevention across the onshore facilities in line with company procedures, operations HSE case and ROK legislation.
- Ensure operability of FTR’s at all times (competency of Muster Checkers, FTR-B/C, TR-A, TR-WS1/2, TR-FS, TR-CCB, and TR-GH).
- Ensure readiness of Respiratory Protection Equipment (SCBA, ESCBA, Filter Mask, Cascade system, spare air cylinders, maintenance of RPE, H2S analysers)
- Assure provision of H2S protection equipment (Yellow ZAP training, personal H2S detector, gas analysers Altair 4X/5X, bump test station, bump test cylinders)
- Condition monitoring of the evacuation road, wind socks, evacuation gates.
- Ensure the Emergency Control Rooms in the Central Control Building and in Samal are effectively equipped with all required information and are in a constant state of readiness.
• Manage weekly and biweekly emergency mustering drills and exercises within OPF and OSF. Follow up on close out of recommendation.
• Participate on weekly meeting and report on progress as per Activity Plan.
• Carry out regular inspections and audits of ER arrangement and procedures at site, including identification of areas for improvement and remedial actions.
• Assure the level of competence of the Tactical Emergency Response Team. |
