To upload certificates of manometers, gauges, chart records and update in the Share point - CMS - Calibration Management System; 7. Request & provide quotations as per management requirement; 8. Updating & record of equipment utilization sheets; 9. Working in company software (JDE): • To create local and international purchasing and service orders (PO, OR, CR), • To make receipts of completed services according to the invoices in a timely manner, • To make Proof Invoices of equipment, services & personnel according to the signed utilization sheets, monthly billing (re-charge) according to the signed invoices & Act of the performed service; • Uploading of Invoice Back-up & supporting documentation into ecNet • To make maintenance, repair & inspection Work Orders, • Uploading of electronic data of equipment to the system, • To write off spare parts from the stock in JDE, • To make Delivery tickets & Returns; 10. To update and maintain accurate data book records, personnel certification/training records; 11. Recording and updating of personnel portfolio; 12. Organization & coordination of requests for local & international training for employees; 13. Arranging of technical trainings and HSE course per RoK legislation and customers’ requirements for department employees; 14. PPE ordering: PPE sizes collection, order creating; 15. Business trip and crew changes organization: options review, submitting of BT order in 1С: Предприятие 8.3, organization of flight/train tickets & accommodation; 16. Closing expense report of employees, ER submitting to accountants in a timely manner; 17. Creating requests for KPO badges and Czech camp passes for Visitors and personnel; 18. To maintain control of SDS Personnel, POB, time sheets, overtime: • Make relative notes in time attendance and daily reports for department supervisor on arrivals, delays and absence at work informing about reasons, list of employees keeping, • Change systematically according to formation of hiring employees, transfers, dismisses, vacations, etc., • According to the order to give a sheet with information about factual used time, overtime hours of work, • Monthly submitting & closing of the general department timesheet in 1С: Предприятие 8.3 system, providing of general department timesheet with all related approvals to HR & accounting; 19.
