o Prepare schedules to reflect the work to be undertaken in line with the required Work Breakdown Structure.
o Undertake resource loading of schedules in order to produce manpower histograms and Planned “S” curve.
o Prepare and update on a weekly basis a Progress Calculation Report
o Undertake calculation of progress and productivity statistics.
o Undertake periodic updates of schedules to show progress and impact of any trends or variations.
o Undertake regular reviews of the schedules and progress reports to identify any trends, variations or concerns.
o Assist Project Management in developing corrective action.
o Update the trend register on a weekly basis.
o Assist in preparing PVN’s and Change Orders as required.
o Undertake adhoc reviews and analysis as directed by Project Controls Management.

o To identify areas of concern and subsequent recovery action to minimize adverse trends
o Assist in preparing PVN’s and Change Orders as required.
o Undertake reviews and analysis as directed by Project Controls Management.
o Ensure effective co-ordination within the planning team and to its external interfaces.
o Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review
o Undertake controlling and checking Weekly Basis Reports (Cost, Man hours, Productivity)
