Main Coordinator of Annual Safety Day Event
Prepare and monthly / quarterly / annual submit reports of HSSE activities affecting team and project for Senior Project Management;
Prepare safety bulletins, posters, safety flashes and IIF Newsletter by using Corel Drew designing program
Ensure timely preparation of monthly HSSE statistics and trends, present in monthly reports;
Liaise with contractors, representatives/support teams to gather information on current issues of
relevant and existing HSSE processes; information on near misses and incidents; findings from
previous risk studies and their closure status;
Track Individual Training Matrix;
Prepare PPE inventory report; order PPE and control the PPE stock
Update project HSSE procedures as required; as minimum quarterly review and update as required
Preparation of safety meeting presentations, bulletins and other materials;
Carry out HSSE inspections and audits and ensure that all corrective actions are assigned and completed within agreed timeline;
Daily inputting of safety observation cards, preparation and analyzing reports, producing leading indicator trend charts;
Incident report putting into CPC Incident’s database;
Prepare analytical report on the basis of IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System) database for driver’s
meeting
Checking all Project workers training certificates before issuing CPC badges;
Attending monthly IIF Team Leader’s meeting and preparation of presentation for meeting;
Monitoring the provision of drill reports;
Enroll newly hired employees for safety trainings;
Conducting induction training for new employees;

• Responsible for interpretation/preparation of meeting minutes in the Site Safety Leadership Meeting, daily safety toolboxes, weekly/daily HSE staff meeting, HSE representative’s meeting.
• Enroll HSE staff to all industrial safety trainings and keep track in Training Roster.

• Taking part in Internal Safety audits, TCO Client’s KPI audit, and safety walk around, all type of emergency drills.
• Preparation of emergency drill report, developing the drill schedule.
• Translation of all incident investigation documentation, business letters, JHA for transportation, safety toolboxes, HSE procedures, etc.
