- Request daily and weekly reports from all departments of engineers and subdivisions.
- Checking and preparation of weekly report of performed work for the field manager.
- Maintaining of an electronic database of all documentation of instrument.
- Checking incoming and outgoing correspondence and archiving to the electronic database.
- Budgeting costs for the entire team of engineers and subdivision.
- Preparation and verification of the necessary documentation for the all instrument department and
organization for continuous work of sections:
Analyzers
Data transmission
Metrology
Instrument lab
- Developing of work plan and Call Out Rota.
- Preparing Emergency Call Out Rota for all production maintains.
- Organization of business trips and trainings for all instrument departments.
- Preparing standardized vacation schedule for all department.
- Lead and coordinate all vehicles of department and provide by additional transportation the
department for emergency work at the plant and pipeline.
- Working with contractors, checking acts of performed work.
- Check and provide assistance to contractors in documentation in accordance with company procedures
for contractors.
- Follow all rules and procedures of the company to work on the field.
- Comply safety instructions on the field and take all necessary trainings to improve quality of work and
proficiency on the field.
Having joined KPO as a Specialist on Technical Documentation I have had the opportunity to learn and get experience on working with control instruments and measuring devices that are installed all over the Karachaganak Processing Complex (KPC).
Work at KPO’s multicultural environment has further sharpened my team-working skills. I deal with people coming from different cultural background and speaking different languages I have to organise and manage the smooth operations and ensure there is no misunderstanding or misconstruction between KPO and contractors.
Although I like my current role, it has always been my aspiration to get the position of a drilling or petroleum engineer so I could be more exposed into the well operations/ well planning side where I could apply the theoretical knowledge I got at University to practice. |

This involved extensive overtime hours along with intensive work scope. However, the final positive results and gained objectives are still the crucial issues to me in the work delivery process. |

The position might be located offshore or on artificial islands. I have very good safety awareness, attended BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) and HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training), no sea sickness.

Significant knowledge of Marine, Production and Engineering and Maintenance Management;
Current standards and technical conditions on offshore rig facility operations. |
