Обязанности

Preparation of project management plan (PMP’s).
Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract and Project management Plan (Tools used: Primavera, Pert Master, Diltek Acumen Fuse, Excel, MS Projects).
Perform in-depth quantitative analysis of risk factors and collections trends.
Work with the project team and key stakeholders to ensure that a credible schedule is created and maintained using the integrated planning system.
Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
Calculation of Project CPI and SPI.
Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
Ensure that the scope of work being planned is fully logic linked, internally and with the wider work scope. Ensure appropriate measures of performance e.g. tracking milestones, deliverables and dependencies are included.
Preparation and Getting approvals of Change Proposals /requests from Client and Management.
Collect project status information to maintain and update schedules and issue management information as required. This will require schedule variance analysis, identification of schedule risks, issues and opportunities together with Critical Path Analysis.
Preparation of root level Excel based easy tracking system for quantities.
Update progress against the schedule and reforecast as required. Deliver status reports in a timely manner including but not limited to milestone slippage, critical path analysis, resource demand/availability. Identify and report deviations, triggering exception reports as appropriate. Use of Earned Value Management techniques may also be required.
Maintain and control the schedule baseline. This will require the development of the schedule Performance Measurement Baseline [PMB] with the project team and the on-going management of it through the change control process.
Load and Capacity - Maintain and update resource schedules, advising on resource clashes and potential issues.
Integrate risk and schedule by developing schedules that include activities, time and resource estimates for risk mitigation.
Report to the Project Controls Manager and Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work
Co-ordinate with various departments like Engineering (who provides working drawings), Procurement (who buys materials), Contracts (who awards contracts & raise any issues with the client), quality (who maintains) & Commissioning Departments
Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
Client and Subcontractor billing as per Contracts.
