Обязанности

The primary responsibilities of the Graphic Digital Designer/Marketing Specialist will include the design and fulfilment of creative and digital designs for both web and mobile creatives across various channels and platforms. This individual will also develop visualization data, conceptual models and report presentations for internal purposes as well as external communications to promote company to the public.

The ideal Graphic Digital Designer/Marketing Specialist will have a strong foundation of design fundamentals and background of design principles & techniques to proficiently communicate visions and ideas through digital technology while adhering to brand guidelines and brand standards to drive success of marketing initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, creative intelligence and the ability to perform at a high level within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Create, develop and execute various creative digital creatives that foster innovation and creativity across various channels and platforms.

Deliver amazing digital design that showcases your creative abilities and mastery of digital media through fundamental knowledge and expertise

Work cross-functionally participate in all stages of the design process, communicate timelines and status, to ensure the appropriate concepts, ideas and messages are delivered

Receive, develop and process assignments in a timely and effective manner while managing and maintaining personal project workflow for on-time, accurate delivery

Continuously seek to understand how current digital design supports and drives overall marketing strategies

Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing design assets, share ideas with key team members and implement across design initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar.

2+ years of work experience on similar role

Strong working knowledge of a variety of computer programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite & additional tools

Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely and accurate product delivery

Photography and video editing skill

Extensive knowledge of the best format for marketing materials with respect to each platform, including the ideal tool to use for each channel

Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English, Russian, Kazakh as well as proofread and correct grammatical errors.

Design experience within web, mobile, and social media platforms

Social media proficiency, media management, document management, public relations, advertising or other specialized skill (s) a plus
