Full-time position, shift schedule.

Обязанности

Scope: Handles operations of a store in the mall.

Organize the achievement of the Monthly Sales Target in order to meet or exceed the annual business plan objectives.

Ensure the Store’s hygiene, housekeeping & maintenance are in line with Company standards, policies and procedure in order to create a pleasant shopping environment and uphold the Brand and Company image at all times.

Ensure all brand specific and generic marketing and promotion activities are implemented in the shop and ensure timely setup of all promotional POS materials.

Ensure adequate stock and range of products are available at the right time on the sales floor in order to meet the business objectives.

Lead and motivate staff in the effective achievement of the daily store operations objectives in order to maximize productivity.

Continuously train, develop and appraise store staff in order to ensure effective performance of their tasks in line with Company Standards and other responsibilities

Требования

Education: University degree, additional education will be a plus.

Experience in fashion retail not less than 2-3 years on a similiar position.

Upper intermediate English preferable .

Strong managerial skills.

Good knowledge of Customer service.

Strong Leadership and Organizational skills.
