Обязанности

The Base Manager operates the base from an operational and business point of view.

General management of production-economic and financial-economic operations of Aktau Base;

Organization of interaction of all organization department, workshops and production units of Aktau Base;

Provision of execution of all applicable obligations by Aktau Base including obligations for budgets of different levels;

Arrangement of conditions for implementation of new techniques and technologies, progressive forms of people management and organization;

Taking measures for provision of health and safety work conditions for the Partnership;

Direct reports include all administrative and workshop personnel.

Interacts with internal employees at all levels of the Base organization. Advises, coaches and interacts with Management team. Provides counsel, negotiates, and problems solves to employees, organizational issues and policies. Interacts with external vendors and local Authorities.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY:

Cost control and budget responsibilities.

Works with broad discretion on assignments of varied, diverse and difficult in nature. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsible for managing and developing employees. Counsel’s management team on organizational effectiveness, HSE & Quality policies, procedures and problem solving skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Spends 85% of time in temperature controlled office environment. Daily exposure to workshop environment as required. Position will require both domestic and international travel to facilitate or attend training programs or meetings and interface with internal customers and internal or external suppliers.

Frequent sitting and operating computer. Must be able to adapt to the rigors of international travel as required.
