Обязанности

Main responsibilities:

Develop a pricing policy for all product lines. Describe the methodology for calculating the internal cost, price benchmarks in the market, and of competitors. If our cost price is higher than the prices on the market, then describe the process of agreeing a loss-making, but competitive price. Describe the reasons, variables and the process of reviewing and approving prices, discounts, as well as provide an approving person and make changes to the TOCA table, prescribe the document flow and storage of documents. Write down each price level with reference to the availability of a distribution agreement or the amount of the purchase. The process and format of documenting all deviations and the process of approving, archiving data;

Collect information about the market for our products. Track market capacity, competitor prices, trends. Use marketing analysis tools (SWOT, Boston matrix, etc.) and prepare recommendations. Develop development strategies, participate in the development of business plans, update current prices;

Develop economic models for each of the plants with a breakdown of all costs and revenues for each product line. Agree on a new sales strategy (economy and premium) with the management;

Administer and store all documents related to the analysis of the revision of prices, current approved prices, memorandums, discounts, shares, etc .;

Develop a distribution policy. Describe the difference from the dealers. Describe the concept of development of the distribution network for each product and specific actions to attract. Define the main criteria and requirements, describe the process of appointing and approving exceptions, as well as our measures to support distributors. Describe the process of finding and evaluating a potential distributor, more formally, so that in the history there are confirming facts of the visit, the completed checklists, etc. Records saving.
