Tengiz, 28/28 day rotation.

Обязанности

• Expertise and full knowledge of all cost forecasts and budget analysis

• Working on cost analysis according to scope of works

• Managing estimating and cost planning activities, to include taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan

• Ensure timely production and presentation of appropriate levels of applications for payments for those elements of a project for which you are responsible, in accordance with the conditions of contract

• Production of monthly cost and value reports, quarterly reports and cash flow information.

• Assist in Commercial management of subcontractors including measurement, preparation and processing payments

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and estimates

• Take part in discussions concerning performance of those elements of a project for which you are responsible

• Higher Education (BSc in Engineering or Quantity Surveying)

• MRICS desirable

• Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a large scale projects including Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Building, etc.

• Strong knowledge on Post Contract Cost Management

• Leadership skills

• Ability to work without close supervision

• Fluent Russian, Kazakh, good spoken and written English
